Ayralea Lander

Ayralea Lander, a visual artist for most of her life, recently started writing late in
2022 and found that she loved storytelling just as much as the ceramics and digital art
she also creates.
Ayralea spent much of her childhood running naked and wild through the forests
behind her house in northern British Columbia, Canada. Several moves and years later,
she now resides in Central Alberta, Canada, where she is much more civilized and keeps
her clothing on. She lives in a small town with her husband, her dog, and a growing
collection of tarantulas.
She consumes horror with ardor, especially indie horror novels that influence her
own work as well. Adding to that is her favorite creature feature horror movies spanning
the decades, but really, if it’s creepy, she will be into it.
She is the author of the novella Cabal of Sinners, the novelette Teeth, the short
story Eat, and the short story Inside, which appears in the charity compilation Screaming
For Peace.
